Axon Technical Account Manager interview questions

The hiring manager just talked at me for the entire half hour, taking up most of the time describing a job that was totally different from what the phone screen described, asked a few basic interview questions and then had to hurry off. They seemed to lose interest half way through when they didn't understand a reference I made to a a state university that would be relevant to know for this specific job since it was in a town with that university that takes it really seriously. I got a standard "We will not be proceeding with the hiring process. Although I am unable to provide direct feedback..." letter which does nobody any good.
