BAE Systems Graduate Software Developer interview questions

It starts with a phone interview and then a behavioural round where they ask questions about your CV. They are very professional but not intimidating during the interviews. Unfortunately, I only made it to the last part, but I believe it is followed by 2 technical assessments.

Gamified Assessment, then interviews. Interview consisted of 6 competency questions as well as 3 technical questions. Competency questions revolved around each of their values, if you have an experience that ties into two or more values say it! Technical questions revolve around what part of the industry you are applying for. If it's maritime, be prepared to answer questions like what is the process of implementing software on a submarine, very general questions like this.
