Interview was held with local Director and consisted mainly of a review of my prior positions and experience. There was no one from the Program Management section to ask job specific questions or to answer many of my questions. A HR representative was on-line to answer benefit questions. Very little available to cover current contracts, work load dispersal or team qualifications.

Interview call on phone then a Skype call going through dependency style questions. I waiting around a month to hear a response whether I got the job. Approx 2 months after applying I was phoned for the interview.
Slick process, highly recommended to anyone who Is looking for a new opportunity in manufacturing and defence. Virtual interview worked well. Structure of questions well explained in advance of the interview
