Interview
I was contacted via email by the recruiter to set up an in-person interview. The interview as comfortable and informal. The interview team included the hiring manager and 2 direct reports. The hiring manager was up front about challenges the team was facing in regards to productivity, staffing and customer perception.

Somewhat unexpected-the hiring manager asked about my conflict management style. Not that unexpected, but was also asked what my 2 biggest weaknesses were.
