BAT Graduate Finance Analyst interview questions

Absolutely appalling experience with this company. After applying, I was sent an automated email containing a task - a series of childish games, with the claim that there were "no right or wrong answers." These pointless tasks wasted nearly an hour of my time, but I completed them to the best of my ability and received nothing but positive feedback throughout. Then, a week later, I got an automatic rejection email with no explanation and no feedback whatsoever. It's infuriating to be treated like this, especially when it's obvious they didn’t even bother to look at my CV before sending those games. Forcing applicants to jump through these ridiculous hoops shows nothing but contempt for their time and effort. This company clearly doesn't value potential hires, and unfortunately, they're not the only ones doing this. Do yourself a favour and avoid wasting your time with this nonsense. I'm just glad I didn't invest any more of my energy into their sham of a process.
