I applied online for the Graduate Programme Sales & Marketing 2016 in Lausanne. I immediately received a link for the following online tests : - culture tests (for example: what do you rate the most important in a company: technology - enjoyment - rules) - numerical tests (calculations) - logical reasoning tests Those on line tests were not timed. After completing the tests I received an email that HR will contact me to schedule a telephone interview. At the start of the telephone interview, HR explained the programme. That it is a one-year rotation graduate programme. 1) 5 months in sales to represent the company 2) Work in the marketing department in brand and trade marketing 3) Do marketing in another location. I will still be based in Lausanne and communicate via video conferencing to the other location. I did the telephone interview and am now awaiting for the outcome. If I get accepted, I have to do the video interview and an assessment in Lausanne together with other candidates.
