Interview
After 10 days from my application at Bat, hr manager called me. He explained me some informations about the job and fixed an interview in Rome. When I was there I got my interview with the hr manager and marketing manager of BAT.

Tell me about yourself. Your strengths and your weakness? How would you face a situation that involves you to do some decisions? How about your passions? What about your job? How was your typical day in the last job? What do you think about our last marketing campaign? How many euros do we earn each day in Milan?
The first interview was mostly about your experiences and your thoughts on the program. The second interview was an assessment center that includes introduction, group case study, individual case study and a reflection session.
