It started with an online application and followed by one interview and an assessment center. There was an additional "feedback session" that was absolutely pointless and unprofessional! The HR team said that they were "impressed" by my interview and assessment results, but they said that the HRBP position is not available anymore and asked me if I'm open for other positions! There's no offer yet! there was also a feedback session that I've seen for the first time (not even mentioned in BAT standard recruitment proccess) and was absolutely pointless and a waste of time. It seems that the position has been filled before and it was all to meet the policy requirements!
