I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BAT (Monterrey, Nuevo León)

It goes well, I was contacto by a external company, answer some question, online test, and finally get into the panel activity. We were face to face, against eachother, trying to solve a bussiness case, at the end each of the team, had to explain their answer.
