Postulé en ligne, suite à quoi une invitation de test en ligne est envoyé par mail. Si sou passez cette étape, alors 1ere prise de contact par téléphone en anglais, durant une heure avec une partenaire RH.
L'étape suivant a consisté en un entretien physique avec le N+1 ainsi qu'une partenaire RH
La dernière étape consiste en une étude de cas à préparer et à présenter sur place à deux employés.

Primo contatto da un referente HR estero per una chiacchiera informale sul ruolo che sarei andata a ricoprire se avessi accettato la posizione. Poi un secondo step in inglese, uno step in italiano con HR Italia e un test con Line manager
