First they call you on the phone asking when you are comfortable having the interview and they will ask you to come to the company and on the interview day they took us to the IT department and interviewed one person at a time having a guy from it department monitoring how we do the activities

Not recommended, asks for task that takes one business day to complete - before the interview, before desclosing the salary. And it is of course totally unpaid. During the interview they disclose close to nothing informarton about the role, and on the first interview they are not disclosing the salary,

It was very well organized. They did give me clear feedback and how can I develop my skills in order to be able to apply again. However, I got declined I love the process
