There are two interviews that are taken, the initial interview is the preliminary interview, in which the questions are to gauge how much a person has learned from their previous job or educational institute. The final interview is much more intense, ranging from questions related to the demands of the role, the overall market condition, how the interviewee will contribute to the company, and so on. In between these two stages there is an FGD round of one hour, which is a group task.
