I applied online and got an interview invitation within 3 weeks. I was interviewed by 1 Marketing Manager, 1 Marketing Executive and 1 HR Manager. The whole process takes about 20 mins and they ask general questions like "describe yourself" and other questions based on my previous internship experience.
