My interview experience with British American Tobacco was disappointing. The interviewer did not appear very engaged and the communication during the interview was not very professional. As a candidate, it made the process feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming
As a first step, a conventional HR interview takes place. Then, a further interview with one of the future team members is conducted (small Excel task to perform). Quick and detailed feedback is received.
