I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BB&T (Manassas, VA) in Jan 2019
Interview
The interview process was quite quick. I received a call from someone that was doing the screening interview over the phone, convo was about 20 minutes or so, after that I got the green light and set up an interview with the branch manager. He was very straight forward with questions and let me know their expectations along with goals. About a week later, I received an email and got offered the position and the manager reached out to give me a start date.

The interview was pretty easygoing, they asked very basic customer service questions along with some cash handling and sales questions. The interviewer who was the manager for the branch was nice and friendly.

Question 1
What are some past sales experience that you have?
Smooth and easy process. Interview questioned were standard. I had no issues getting a call back to be hired on immediately. I support this type of interview and hope they uphold this process going forward
Had 2 interviews, was told I would be offered the job, the branch manager ended up quitting. I had to follow up multiple times and was given an impromptu phone interview with zero warning - never heard back, was totally ghosted. Overall disorganized.
