I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BDO (Cape Town) in Jun 2023
Interview
We had two meetings. An initial interview with only the recruitment manager. They were incrededibly welcoming and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed the process. The first question were more about me personally, getting to know me. The second interview is the recruitment manager as well as an audit partner. The interview is more based on your understanding of your work and beign able to use your knowledge in a practical way, but the question and ansers are verbal. My recommendation in this regard is that if you are unsure of the topic do not be afraid to ask for further explanation or clarification, they prefer persons whom are more detail orientated and won't give an answer without sufficient evidence/knowledge.

It was an easy and smooth interview process with friendly interviewer who was knowledgeable. The assessment centre was also a good experience and all the rounds were very clearly explained to us and the group discussion topics were also interesting.
