A group interview. Before interview starts, need to write an essay. Then a partner and a director conduct the interview and go round by asking each of us random questions.
The interview lasted about an hour and included a mix of motivational and job simulation questions. They asked about my skills, previous experiences, and specifically why I chose BDO instead of the Big 4 firms.

It was an easy and smooth interview process with friendly interviewer who was knowledgeable. The assessment centre was also a good experience and all the rounds were very clearly explained to us and the group discussion topics were also interesting.
