Strength-based questions and very straightforward. They were more interesting to answer compared to the usual competency-based questions. You have time to prepare for your answers and record in 1 minute. The PI was also strength-based and was quite structured as my partner went through a list of questions and noted down my answers as we went

Partner interview was quite fast, whole process was about an hour. Interviewer is nice, helped me feel welcome and relaxed,. When answering the questions, interviewer didn't really care what you said, just recording the answer into the system.
