I think its normal to meet people who resistant to embrace new technology in a current fast-growing world because everything changes so fast which we must adapt quickly to such a macro environment. At the beginning of our talk, I will try to relieve their fear toward the new technology. I think most people who resistant to new technology will have some similarity such as the fear to unknown and the fear to make new mistake when using new technology. So, I have to talk with honesty and try to convince them it is normal for people who make new mistakes when switch to new technology even some experts or designers also made mistakes when using their own innovations.
