BECU Senior Financial Analyst interview questions

A recruiter contacted me to schedule a chat and ask questions, but the process seemed unprofessional after this. Most questions were already on my resume and application. I replied with availability and answers but was ghosted. I never got a confirmation and followed up multiple times. I understand if there are other candidates, but a response would be appreciated. After about two weeks, I received an email praising my background and passion, but stating my skills didn't match the role. I question why I was contacted for a chat if my application didn't align with the requirements. This was the worst interview experience in my years of senior roles.
