Applied through my university job portal. Got a mail from recruiter, that I have been shortlisted for in person interview. Was interviewed at their New York downtown office with Global Head and Development Manager. Both were very friendly during the whole interview process. Got the acceptance call, in approximately 2 weeks. The recruiter really helped a lot during the whole interview process, by even extending my start date, as per my university graduation dates thus providing assurance and flexibility.
