I had my first round interview with HR, asking about how I deal with stressful working environment; second round with hiring manger, get the offer 2-3 weeks later, not too many technical questions , more about relationship management.

Applied online and waited for a couple of days. Got a telephone interview then arranged for a in person interview shortly after. There was a math test and logical reasoning which was relatively simple yet difficult.
