Phone interview first with HR rep. Then with manager on the phone. Finally with both in the Syracuse office. It was a very easy and comfortable process. A few very specific job related questions and a few random ones. Lots of discussion about organizational health. I could tell that it was a positive atmosphere and was excited to work there.
