The interview process is quick and straightforward as the position is temp to hire. You start in the Sales Acadmey, which is 3 months long. If you do not graduate you do not begin working full time. Once you graduate is when you begin to receive commissions.

easy interview, sales gig so temporary hire for 3 months and u get hired based on performance most didn't make it out of 31 people 7 got offered the role at the end and some got offered different positions everyone else was let go
The interview process is standard, this will be about 3-4 meetings with high level reps. They will ask questions regarding expectations, goals and why you think you will be good for this position.

The interview process was easy and straight forward. It was only two steps. Just be genuine and show that you will work hard and you will be fine. They value hard work more than anything else.
