Applied and quickly received an email from an HR rep to set up a phone interview. The rep missed the scheduled timeframe three times after multiple reschedules before finally calling me. All went well besides that. I then had a remote interview and I believed I did well and was told I would hear something from HR within 7 days. Followed up after 2 days and then another email after 1 week with the HR rep and no response. Finally received an email about a month later saying I didn’t get the position. Ghosting seems pretty normal here and the HR reps cant seem to respect time or follow a schedule. It’s honestly disrespectful to miss multiple confirmed appointments and it looks bad on the company as an HR rep.
