Interview
There was an online interview answering prerecorded questions. This involved a question about myself and why BHP followed by a number of behavioural questions. The questions gave you a minute or so to gather your thoughts then roughly 3 minutes to respond. After comleting these 7 questions, it was followed by an IQ test.
They explain the role that they are assigning you to then ask questions.
Lots of behavioural questions relating to the role and some questions relating to your resume. Interviewers were very kind and easy to talk to.

You do an online assesment, then you do an virtual video assesment where you can record different answers then you get invited to the real online assesment with two assesors

Apply online and they will send a online interview invitation. After the video interview there are three small games to play. There will be AI generated performance evaluation immediately after The process.
