Basic process. Phone screen, hiring manager, and 2 peer roles. I think there was potentially a final round with upper management but I didn’t get that far. No technical interview and questions were extremely basic situational type things (also non technical; didn’t get the sense of the folks I talked to were terribly tech forward, more business).
