Their hiring structure is very weird, I’m overly qualified and wasn’t even considered. I had a call with a recruiter who didn’t tell me he was just writing down my answers, and I would give a nice thought out reply which he seemed to have a hard time following and would end up writing something very simple. I got a rejection email like two weeks later, I saw the job reposted, I applied again. I got a phone screen email but the site said I couldn’t apply again.
I also had a phone screen for a position that I’m very qualified for and just never heard anything back about that one.

Interview
It was quite extensive. Five interviews in total for an “entry level” position. All over zoom due to the pandemic, which was nice. Many people from the same department were interviewers. It seems it could’ve been sped up.
