I went through the typical phone screening followed by a one on one interview with the hiring manager. Both were very awkward and did not flow well in my opinion. Communication was good though and I did move on to a final round of interviews. This consisted of four separate Zoom interviews with various people. These went really well although half the individuals did not have their cameras on. I felt this was very unprofessional but it was not a deal breaker. Unfortunately the communication ceased after the final interview. I followed up after a while assuming that I had not moved on. I was told that they would check with the hiring manager but again did not hear anything back. So disappointing - the sole job of the recruiter is to do this every day yet I have heard nothing.
