I could tell how chaotic the company was by the interview process. Everything seemed fine in the beginning but then ghosting happened and then they would come back to me asking for another interview the same day stating they were "in a rush". after 4 interviews with the team, the manager told me she would come back to me the next day since the final decision was between me and another person. They never came back to me which I think is extremely unprofessional. Very disappointing experience overall. Do better with people that are interested in joining your teams and that have invested a considerable amount of time in an interview process!
