The interview process is pretty bulky. You think its just going to be you and a manager of the store or a hiring manager, but acuatlly they make you go through levels of management. I met with 3 different people on 3 different occassions. Not only did they waste my time, but they made me lose out on another opportunity because I wanted this job over that one. I guess I chose wrong. I had to meet with the Hiring manager and was told later in the week that the Store manager wanted to interview me. So I went to the interview. Everything went well and things were silent for a week and a half. Then I heard from the District manager and she was the final one. I was already thinking I didn't have it until she called. After the interview, which I thought went well, she told me they would call me by Monday of the following week. I waited the full 8 days and became anxious. No one called me until I recieved an email on Thursday stating they were going in a different direction... Even though they told me they were hiring for mulitple places they still made me go through meeting three people and gave false hope. Why put someone through this long interview process for a measly part time associate job that pays minimum wage?
