Walked in and asked if they were hiring. Took home my application and filled it out and returned it that day. Set up interview for the following day. Met with manager in the back office and went over application. Asked about work experience, education, and art background. Asked about what hours I was available to work. Was told about pay and schedule and duties. Was told that I would here back by the next day.

3 INTERVIEWS AND A 3 WEEK PROCESS FOR A RETAIL JOB AND I GOT REJECTED FOR NO REASON. I went to art school!!! I have worked retail before!! I submitted an application online that featured a few open-ended questions. That week I received a phone call from one of the managers and went through the process of a phone interview, which went really really well. I was called in for an in-person interview with a different manager the next week. After not hearing back for 2 weeks with no update, I checked in on the status of my application and was told the other manager was on vacation. I was then called in for A THIRD interview with the third manager, which again, I thought went well. 3 interviews for a seasonal retail job is absolutely bonkers. I received a default one-sentence rejection after 3 weeks interviewing.
