phone interview asking associated experience, and then 1 on 1 face to face interview. Interviewer was nice and professional. Asked a lot of HR questions, and situational questions. Overall was nice, but took a little longer than expected to have a firm answer.

Interview
Two stage interview. One phone interview with HR, one in person interview with two branch managers. They ask about your sales and customer service history. Why BMO? etc. It was pretty straight forward. Must complete CSC or IFIC within 6 months of hire.
phone screening interview and then human resource phone behavioral skills interview and in the end branch manager interview. The timing is depending on their need and vary between one week to a month.

Interview
The whole process took a few months. The pre screening was pretty easy. Then I had another two separate runs with two branch mangers from different branches. The sent me an oral offer at first. After I accepted the written offer, the HR sent me the background check invitation. It was smoothing overall.
