Applied online. Called for a phone interview which went really well. Called for a face to face interview. At the face to face interview, the interviewer was so disengaged, it felt like it was a chore for her to be there and she had no interest in conducting the interview. It was difficult to keep a conversation going as I was getting nothing from the interviewer. After the interview, I heard nothing and had to chase the HR rep numerous times for a follow up. When I did get through to her, she told me I wasn't successful. I asked for feedback and the feedback I got was that I 'came across too shy' which I can assure you was not the case.
