2 phase interview, first with HR, a behavioral type interview, followed by a 2nd interview with the technical manager. The HR interview lasted more than 1 hr; I was asked to give all kind of examples of different situations from previous experience; time to think was 1 minute for each question; classical behavioral interview questions. The technical interview was several days later, also 1 hr long, and over 80% of the questions were related to the area of expertise they were looking for (clearly stated in the job add).
