Fast paced environment. Employees are very nice. A lot of customers. Fun and professional interview. There were two persons interviewing, for two different perspective. Interview was done in english AND french. I enjoyed the environment

Many behavioural types of questions and past experiences were asked. Not too many questions about yourself, but about the experiences you had. Be prepared for small talks and conversational questions.

Video round consisted of standard questions on motivation, experience in customer service, how to solve problems with customers.you are given around a minute to prepare and review each of your responses, and can retake 3 times.
