Record 9 videos to answer the question; you have three times to redo the recording, and some have 180 seconds to prepare. Before the interview, it have mock question. Make sure you are in a quiet space

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Why are you interested in the role and a career with BMO?
Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
