It’s a two part interview. I only made it to the first interview. I was suppose to get a second interview, but they chose someone with actual bank experience and I have none. The first interview was based off of behavioural questions. Just getting an idea of who you are.
If you make it to the second interview you will meet the branch manager the questions to the first interview will be similar, but it is important to do research on the bank and this is the time to shine.

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website.
