Questons were around my experiences and what I could bring to the organization, managing staff and working in a high pressure environment.
It’s not difficult, average. There are five rounds in total including excel and knowledge testing and the end of the process, they wanted to add one more round to make decision.
Starts with HR confirming your availability for interview slots. Hiring manager interviews followed by a Department head. The timeline from getting a call to offer can take 3 weeks and then followed by background check
