The interview was incredible. I didn't receive the position but got a wonderful insight into the world of financial advisory and the day-to-day operations that I never knew. The interviewer let me know more specific qualifications needed in able to heighten my chances of landing a position in the future. BMO training for the interviewers is top-notch, nothing like I've had before!

Was pretty fast, direct hiring, no intermediary, started right away after interview. Working environment was quite unorganized but got promoted quite fast depending how much of a staff shortage they have.
Pretty straight forward. Very easy and not challenging. Just some behavioral and situational questions. For example how do you handle an angry customer and what would you do in stressful situations.
