Interview
Was called to do a phone interview first but since the HR lady was too busy they did a face to face interview. Even though I didn't get the job they actually CALLED me to let me know.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BMO Financial Group in Sep 2013
Interview
I applied for the position approx. 2 months in before a recruiter sent me an email notifying me that I had been selected for a phone interview. The recruiter presented specific times and dates to schedule the phone interview. After choosing the date and time, I had a telephone interview with the recruiter. She was very nice and professional. I was asked a series of questions based on my customer service experience hence the role. Although I thought my nerves interfered with my responses a bit, I still remained confident. Soon after our telephone interview, she referred me to the hiring manager immediately. I met with the HR Manager, and she was phenomenal. I absolutely loved her! She was professional and ensured that I had a positive experience during the interview. That said, I was offered the job right after the interview (the same day)!
