You will be contacted by email by hewitt and they will schedule a phone interview. when you do the phone interview you will be asked a lot of behavioural based questions and they will tell you you will be hearing from the branch if you are wanted for a face to face interview. in the face to face interview they will ask you a lot of the same questions and will usually start out with asking you to tell them about yourself which would consist of your work experience etc..
