The hiring process was pretty straight forward, it began with a phone interview with HR, and once I passed, I was then scheduled to meet with the hiring manager. After I passed the in-person interview, I was then asked to interview with the area manager, to get their final seal of approval.

The description of the position was different than what was explained during the phone screen, however I decided to continue with the interview process to learn more about the group. I went in knowing that I might not get the position due to the misleading requirements. The questions were vague and did not ask a lot about my background.
