The application process was online. The interview process was pretty standard. Questions about previous banking experience and how I had created "great customer experience" The first interview was at the branch level with a the branch manager. The second interview is was at the Indianapolis Headquarters with the regional manager. Both interview were similar. Both lasted about an 45 minutes. The sales model was laid out in the very first interview with the manager. They have a specific model they believe in and wanted it followed closely. And the rest of the process was done through an HR representative who stayed in contact and gave me the final call with the job offer.

LONG. They kept sending me to meet with all of the branch managers in the region, so I ended up interviewing in person 4-5 times for the position. I had my phone interview in June and didn't start the role until September

Applied online and got a call fairly quickly for a phone interview, basic questions and talked about past experience. Interviewed with branch manager some behavioral questions fairly easy interview. Afterwards met with director waiting on offer.
