Interview
2 rounds of interviews. First, a 15-minute phone interview with the Campus Recruiter. The final round was two 30-minute video interviews with 4 managers. Very comfortable interview process. The campus Recruiter was extremely helpful, informative, and responsive. It's a great program, but just not in alignment with my career goals.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BMO US in Dec 2021
Interview
Just 2 separate 30 minute zoom interview with 2 interviewers in each session.
I was very disappointed to receive a rejection in the end as I thought the interviewers seemed to be "impressed" by me. They also made BMO Harris sound like a very attractive place to work in, selling the amazing culture of open to employees' suggestions, diversity, work-life balance.
I can only guess at why I was not offered, maybe it was because I need visa sponsorship, or my university was not prestigious enough. I guess I will never know.
