Met with Market President for initial interview. Follow up with him a few days later. The plan was to follow-up with additional interview with Market President and potentially another Senior Manager. All was going well, but the role at a small Branch that effectively operated as a call center. I declined further interviews because it was not a good fit for what I was looking for.

Question 1
Interview was focused on my background. The branch was small and required high outbound calling volume.
Multiple step process with a panel interview of would be peers doing the same job. First it was with the HR recruiter, then the hiring manager, then the panel of three, including the hiring manager.
be honest and straight forward they are real people and consider how you will fit in with the team they want to make everyone better. they coach up instead of coach out.
Awful. Super unorganized and lacked communication. I never heard back from the hiring manager, no follow up email or anything. Hiring manager seemed super rushed and uninterested in interviewing and was checking his phone throughout the entire interview.
