The process was smooth overall, although the hiring capacity was limited, so the initial conversation was directly with the hiring manager. After that, we went through the standard steps – a brief technical/behavioral phone screen, a short case‑study exercise, and finally the mandatory background‑check and paperwork. The follow‑up emails sometimes took a few days, but there were no major roadblocks and the timeline stayed within the expected two‑to‑three‑week window.
A nice interview experience, two rounds one being HR (virtual) to assess behaviour stuff and one in person with the team. Second was a 30min run through CV and some questions about that.
I interviewed at BNP Paribas (Lisbon, Lisbon District)
Interview
The selection involved in a multi-step process that lasted for about 3 months. It started with a short telephone screening interview, then a 45-minutes long Teams interview with the HR (very kind and helpful). After that, two more technical interview, the first with two colleagues of the team I would have worked with, and the last one with the managers.
The response arrived more than a month later the last interview.
