I did a phone interview with the interviewer and one of his colleagues. I was not well prepared for the interview, but both of them were very nice

Nice interviewer, answered questions with knowledge. Interviewer was transparent about the issues affecting work and offers indepth explanation on job scope.
2 rounds of interview, 1 with line manager and 1 with HR.
An interview with the hiring manager and 3 senior managers. 2 were operations managers and 1 was the business manager for the entity. A final interview with HR. Significant process overall.
