I was contacted by HR who conducted a brief interview, mostly fit questions, what I knew about the role and BNP Paribas. Next step was an online test, which was fairly straight forward. Finally, I had another round of interviews with the management team of the department, which were equally friendly and relaxed.

After the submission of your candidature, if you are selected for the role, they're going to send you an email with prescreening questions. Then if they proceed with your application, the first meeting is with HR. Second meeting with managers of Lisbon offices. Third meeting with managers of London or Paris offices.

good relevant questions very straight to the point. interviewers were straight to the point and on time. great description about what the job role is and well explained. only downside is that it was my first job interview for an investment firm so i was very nervous and blanked out a lot. i believe i might not get the job offer but its okay at least i earned experience for my next interview.

Very unprofessional HR team. They could have been more clear about the whole process.
