The interview was very comfortable. They made sure that I am well aware of the profile and my understanding of their unit. The office was quite small and with very few people so it seemed to offer good networking time. The person who interviewed me was very supportive and guided me throughout the process.

Second round technical interview about valuation methods, general accounting knowledge, how to get FCFF and operating income, compare pros and cons of different valuation models .
Given a scenario and asked to answer comprehension questions related to it while suggesting technological solutions + diagram drawing. Quite unprofessional over MS Teams, will kick you out over technical difficulties on their end and you're required to email your work to them. Pretty inefficient and taxing process.
